Last week was for all extents and purposes, a bit of a disaster. I won’t share everything that went epically wrong. But, I will share the one thing that everyone can relate to-my computer was down. My 1 year old MacBook Pro stopped working. It was a matter of time because the keys were breaking as well. Thank God for Apple Care. But, what does this have to with the podcast and blog? Things ground to a snail’s pace as I scrambled to get content out. Editing podcasts on a Chromebook at the last minute is not really a possibility. Lesson learned? Batch your work. Episode 36 discuses the ins and out so entrepreneurship and money. In particular, my experience with entrepreneurship and my money. Interviews will resume next week with the long awaited Jessica Garbarino episode!

Totally agree with batching your work lol. I’ll never forget, the one time I didn’t do it, my computer died too. Talk about freaking out. Everything got done (of course, where there is a will there is a way) but it’s stressful!

I was SOOO mad at myself! And, podcasts that rely on downloaded software cannot be edited on a Chromebook. This year I plan on buying a regular PC and getting that set up so that I always have more than one way to do what I need to do.
