I stopped working for basically the entire month of October. After Money on the Mountain I crashed so hard mentally it was crazy. I was so damn tired. And, I knew that I could because I knew that I had $1800 depositing into my account from my ebook earnings on October 29th. October Income Generated $3911
I began blogging in 2012 and never thought about earning money with my online activities. A couple of years ago, I began thinking about how to make money online without losing my blogging voice. It took forever to figure it out, but I think I have. Currently I am in the process of recalibrating my online revenue streams and I’m excited to see what will happen in 2020.
I’ve purchased a number of different products and resources to learn how to become a better blogger and content producer.

- And, I read the following book about how to monetize my website and stay true to my brand.
What is NOT Included
In my blog reports. Please note, I do not include partial earnings. The reason why is because it may take years to actually earn the final payout. And, I find partial earnings to be confusing.
You’ll notice that I don’t have freelance income in this report. I haven’t had a freelance writing client or project since April or May. In fact, I was always very worried about accidentally tipping my earnings to only freelancing. My primary area of focus is passive income, so I spent a significant amount of time focusing on growing that. Now that I’ve accomplished that initial goal, I will be adding freelance writing back into my revenue streams for a few months.

I now have 8 income streams. For the past year or so I’ve worked on diversifying my income. It really worried me having all of my eggs in one basket. The great thing about this is that I always have something to work on that benefits…my wallet LOL!

- Autumn Stone and Michelle Jackson books
- Make Money with Ebooks Course Sales
- Event Sponsorships-In addition to hosting Money on the Mountain, I’m also hosting other events throughout the year.
- Podcast Sponsorships-Specifically for my show “Square State” which is about Colorado. I’ve let that project simmer in the background for years and would add to it about once or twice a month. Now, I’m very clear on how I would like that project to work and will begin pitching for sponsors now.
- Side-Hustles-I plan on retiring those December 13, 2019.

- Freelancing-I’m adding this back in temporarily and dropping side-hustles. It’s just much more time-efficient. Once my book sales are consistently making a certain amount each month, I will drop freelancing. I’m thinking that $3,000 monthly is the goal.

Your blog, podcast, or book doesn’t have to be perfect-it just needs to get done. What Actually Hit My Account $3537
The amazing thing about this number is that it’s what I was basically bringing home when I was working my old job.
- $210-Affiliate income-I absolutely LOVE affiliate marketing. It’s one of the easiest ways to grow income without having to own the actual product.
- $385– Fun side-hustles. My side-hustles are actually almost always fun. I make sure to pick events that are easy and that I would want to attend. For example: I work events and hand out products and get to eat/drink and enjoy those events.
- $437-Course Sales-My course sales languished and now I’m focusing on them again.
- $705-Money on the Mountain Income (Sponsorships/etc.) I spent A LOT of time finding sponsors for the event. I’m pleased to say that was a smart move and I finished in the black for the event.
- $1800 Book sales from August. It was shocking to me that I was able to make $1800 in book sales given all that was going on. All sales are paid out 60 Days after the month that they are earned.
Pending Earnings
- $374– Autumn Stone and Michelle Jackson books As expected, my book sale earnings dropped significantly as I only focused on Money on the Mountain September and October.
What to Learn From this Blog Income Report
- Diversifying your online income streams is worth the effort. It will take some time to get them to grow, but once they do, it’s worthwhile.
- The hardest lesson that I learned about growing passive income was that I had to focus on consistency.
- It’s important to plan
- There is room for growth! And, what is focused on grows.
If you’re looking to grow income with you blog-it is possible. Please note: I don’t have a blog with tons of page views, etc. And, I’m still able to optimize my earnings. Also, there is more than one way to make money in your online business.
