I’m taking a SHORT break from using technology. I use the computer every day at work and for blogging. I am exhausted. I won’t be tweeting, on Facebook, or answering emails for the next few days. All blog comments will “Go Live” on January 1, 2014

Good luck on your goals! I am also trying to eliminate wheat. I just have so much more energy and my skin is clear when I stay away from dairy and wheat. I don’t even miss the stuff when I’m abstaining, but it is a pain when I’m traveling or going out to eat (something my extended family LOVES to do apparently!) Now that the holidays–and all the traveling to see family–are over for a while, I can get back on track with eating healthy and taking better care of myself. Hope you are able to do the same!

I love GLUTEN-it HATES/LOATHES me. I’m convinced that I’m allergic specifically to American grown wheat. Whenever I’m outside of the U.S. I don’t have these problems. Luckily, I live in a place that has tons of options for wheat free eating. Travel is tough. I decided not to become a vegetarian because I love travel. Thank you for your support-I know that we will be able to rock our fitness and nutrition in 2014.

Love seeing your goals! I have a lot of big goals for 2014 and am in the process of writing them. Glad you are giving yourself a break. I did a tech detox and it was awesome!

I had to take a break. I didn’t realize how freaking tired I was (in general) until I took some time off. This year will start off slowly (hopefully) because I always watch the Olympics and stay inside! That will give me plenty of time to work on the goals. Can’t wait to read yours 🙂

2014 is going to be an awesome year for you! I should definitely try the “look my best” thing. I look like a troll about 5 days a week because freelancing turns you into a bra-less naked-faced creature who isn’t fit to see daylight lol.
Good luck and happy new year, Michelle!

Thanks Erin! I starting laughing when I read this comment. I actually am looking forward to freelancing so that I have enough time to dress “my best.” I hope this year will be a great one. I’ve had too many sh$tty ones to count. LOL.

The Big Trip depends on a lot of things. Am excited but it’s almost like a Ponzi scheme. I’m going to take it one day at a time. It’s going to be a great year.
