A few years ago I decided to rebrand my business. It was a much more involved and complicated process that I imagined. Part of the issue was narrowing my focus and the allure of all of the business related projects and directions that I wanted to work on and move towards. As a result of that pivot, I broke apart my interests and then reconfigured everything and dropped what wasn’t working. The Online Business Pivot is a scary one, but an experience that most long-term online entrepreneurs will eventually experience. Carrie Smith Nicholson shares her experience with this process in today’s episode.
