I wanted to highlight some of the most interesting, inspiring, and creative posts that I’ve read this year. I think it’s important to highlight the hard work and creativity of these bloggers. Here are some of the best posts that I’ve read from 2013.
1.) Budget and the Beach–Longing for the Simpler Times. LOVE THIS POST! Should have been on my February list-buy it was posted after I made the list. Enjoy.
2.) Our Freaking Budget–Pen Pals with Nigerian Princes-I cannot begin to express how much I love this post. At this point all of us have crossed paths with a wonderful person in Nigeria requesting our help. Johnny takes it a step further.
3.) Mish Lovin’ Life-And then he ate a scorpion. This is so nasty! I love it.
4.) Our Freaking Budget-This one is a no-brainer. Of course I’m going to include their wonderful post about the state of Colorado! They are doing a 50 States Project and have written about a few other states as well. Check it out!
5.) Our Freaking Budget-Ok, I loved this post too! What if Wednesday: The Zombies Are Coming. I’ve included the dubstep music Johnny (read the comments in that post to understand that comment!)
6.) 1500 Days to Freedom-Thursday Rant: Crapdance! Mr. 1500 has a few posts that deal with poo and money. It’s amazing how much they connect!
7.) Pocketmint-I have to admit I was worried about Karawynn who is super cool-but had a lot on her plate. Things do change!
8.) A guest post on Miss-Thrifty by Maria from The Money Principle. She asks: Are you an Extreme Frugaller or a Frugal Artist?
9.) Paula Pant from Afford Anything who I refer to as the “Post Whisperer.” She has the uncanny ability to write posts that I need to read right at that moment. Almost creepy.
The One Critical Thing Holding You Back
10.) Travis from Enemy of Debt describes How Does It Feel to Pay of $100,000 in Debt? Amazing, amazing, amazing. It’s wonderful reading about his family’s journey. I can’t wait to read the paid off post in a couple of months.
What are your favorite posts from this year??
Have a great weekend!
This is my Zombie Fighting song for #5

Awesome selection. Just went through all of your selects, except for those weird Our Freaking Money or whatever that blog is called. Too weird for my taste. 🙂
