So, I live by a large park. From time to time I walk/rum around the park and what inevitably happens is that I spend a lot of time thinking. Last week the following thought popped into my head half way around the park. “The most powerful “I can’t, is the one I told myself.” Where in the heck did that come from? Then, as I continued around the park, I was passed by a lady with ONE leg, and a springy prosthetic (I think it’s called a blade). She blazed by me and I thought, how many times have people told HER what she could or couldn’t do? It was obvious that she believed in herself completely. Then, I thought about all of the “I can’t” thoughts that I have told myself. Reflect on what you’ve told yourself that you couldn’t do. Now, figure out how you can! I am now in the process of working on “I can”
